Google Drive

Google Drive has many different features that could help you out on the job or just as simple as remembering a password. They have many different features but I'm only going through a couple today.
1 Is Google Drive Spreadsheet. Is a good way to keep track of all your passwords and different emails with different passwords. It could also be good for business spreadsheet of their fiances. If you work for clothing store and your a buyer you use spreadsheets to keep track of inventory and the amount going to each different store.

2 Is Google Drive Documents. Just like any other application it has a change of font, change of font size, change of font color, and all that other good stuff. Something special that I like about it is there is a dictionary were if your doing a word report and don't know what a word means you can find it and get the definition of the word. They also have different types of fonts that I don't think I have seen on any other program, or app. They also have another tool which researches any word for you.

3 Is Google Drive Presentation. Has many different features in this program just like other programs. But something I noticed different is you can change the background to a picture off of your desktop. You can change the difference in the layout of the page. If you have ever made a Favicon(refer back to older post) You can use it as a background it will play with no problem.


4 Is Google Drive Forum. Has many different backgrounds and different features. You can use it as a forum that you have to follow or use it as a forum about an idea that you can get responses back.

5 Is Google Drive Drawing. Is like pages but has some unique qualities in its self. Like there is a button with all different kinds of arrows in different ways and direction. You can insert word art and change the color of background to what color you would like. Then you can make a box that can move all the objects on screen at once.
